The conference will be held at the University of Transport Technology (UTT), one of Vietnam's leading institutions in transportation engineering and infrastructure research. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, the campus features modern facilities including state-of-the-art conference halls, advanced research laboratories, and the newly established Center for High-Speed Railway — making it the ideal setting for ICATTI 2026.

Getting to Hanoi
Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) serves as the main gateway, with direct flights from major Asian and international hubs. Airport transfers to the city center take 45–60 minutes by taxi (approximately 300,000–400,000 VND / US$12–16) or via the 86 Express Bus.
Accommodation
A range of hotels is available within 1–5 km of the UTT campus in the Thanh Xuan and Dong Da districts. Recommendations will be shared with registered participants closer to the event. Budget options start from US$25/night, mid-range from US$50/night.
